1. Overview

2. Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. (Please refer to Section 3.2)
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

2.2 Non-returnable Items:

  • Products that have been successfully delivered and are in working condition.
  • Products that have been customized, modified, or used after delivery.
  • Any item that has been accessed, activated, or utilized following delivery.
  • Products missing required components or elements at the time of the return request.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Fully equipped equipment
  • A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the CHEAP PC GAMES online store
  • Warranty card
  • An act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation.

3. Refunds

3.1 Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • If that option is unavailable, the refund will be credited to your store wallet.
  • You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Service fee will be 100 INR.
  • GST/Tax will not be refunded.

3.2 Not Eligible Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than seven days after delivery may not be eligible.
  • Refunds are only possible if the issue originates from our end.
  • Requests for refunds or returns due to personal reasons will not be considered.
  • We are not responsible for hardware incompatibility or devices not meeting game requirements.
  • There is no right to cancel your purchase once it has been made.
  • Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
  • We are not liable for device lag or issues unrelated to our products or services.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping

5.1 Return Shipping:

  • Customers must pay for their own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
